Biography
Overview:
Ezgi is an associate in our Mergers & Acquisition practice in Istanbul. Her practice focuses on advising major international and foreign corporations in their cross-border M&A deals, and corporate and commercial law matters. She serves clients in many different sectors, including technology, e-commerce, financial services, real estate, transportation, shipping/railway, energy, media, infrastructure, and healthcare among others.
Furthermore, she also assists our Capital Markets practice in Istanbul on a project-by-project basis in IPOs.
