Biography
Overview:
Bilinç is an associate in our Dispute Resolution practice in Istanbul. Bilinç mainly concentrates on dispute resolution and commercial litigation. He has represented diverse range of local and foreign persons before Turkish courts with respect to disputes arising from corporate and commercial law, contracts law, employment law, criminal law as well as bankruptcy and execution law. Bilinç also provides day to day legal advice to clients on wide range of matters including but not limited to lease contracts, e-commerce contracts, supply and service contracts, employment and consumer law matters, criminal law and management of corporations.
