Biography
Overview:
Ege is an associate in our Banking & Finance practice in Istanbul. Ege concentrates on domestic and cross-border acquisition finance, banking finance, project finance and debt restructuring transactions, primarily in the construction, infrastructure and energy sectors. He has considerable experience in the representation of lenders and sponsors in PPP schemes, ECA-backed financings and private equity transactions. He also involves in the due diligence process of M&A transactions under which he reviews the financing documents of the target companies.
