Overview:
Gökçe is a partner in our Banking & Finance practice in Istanbul. Gökçe mainly focuses on structured finance deals and regularly advise multinational corporations and financial institutions on their investments and projects in Turkey in various sectors, mainly infrastructure, transportation, construction, mining and health. She also advises Turkish sponsors and Turkish banks, in a wide range of financings including project finance, acquisition finance, corporate and asset financings.
