Merve is an associate of our Debt Finance practice in Istanbul. Merve focuses on banking finance and project finance, as well as debt restructuring transactions across various sectors, including construction and infrastructure, energy and natural resources, and financial institutions. Specifically, she is involved in drafting, reviewing, and commenting on financing, project, and security documents, perfecting security interests, collecting conditions precedent (CPs), and assisting with closing procedures.
