Özge is an associate of our Debt Finance practice in Istanbul. Özge focuses on domestic and cross-border acquisition finance, banking finance, project finance, and debt restructuring transactions across various sectors, including energy & natural resources, construction, infrastructure, transportation and financial institutions. Specifically, she is involved in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating financing and project documents, drafting and perfecting security documents, drafting and amending corporate documents, assisting with closing procedures, and issuing legal opinions.
