Özge is an associate of our Debt Finance practice in Istanbul. Özge focuses on banking finance and project finance, as well as debt restructuring transactions across various sectors, including transportation, construction and infrastructure, and financial institutions. Specifically, she is involved in drafting, reviewing, and commenting on financing, project, and security documents, perfecting security interests, collecting conditions precedent (CPs), and assisting with closing procedures.
