Ekin is an associate in our Banking & Finance practice in Istanbul. Ekin concentrates on domestic and cross-border acquisition finance, banking finance, project finance and debt restructuring transactions, where he involves in drafting and reviewing financing and project documents, drafting of security documents and perfection of security, and assisting in transactions and closing management.
