Overview:
Emrehan is an associate in our Mergers & Acquisitions practice in Istanbul. He has experience in various aspects of corporate work, including mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate matters. In the area of mergers and acquisitions, Emrehan has been involved in both domestic and cross-border transactions on both the sellers’ and buyers’ sides and has drafted/amended relevant corporate documents including share purchase agreements, shareholders’ agreements and assisted with the closing procedures and issuance of legal opinions.
