Aybike is a senior associate in our Debt Finance practice. She advises major commercial banks, investment banks, financial institutions, corporate borrowers on domestic and cross-border acquisition financings, mezzanine financings, financial restructurings and general bank lending across various industries, with a particular focus on energy, infrastructure and real estate. She also advises local and foreign companies on a wide range of banking and corporate law issues related to financing structures under Turkish Banking Law.

Aybike is actively engaged in all aspects of structuring, negotiating and documenting transactions, ensuring comprehensive support throughout the entire process.
