Ekin is an associate in our Debt Finance practice. He advises domestic and international clients on a wide range of financing transactions, including acquisition finance, general corporate lending, project finance and debt restructuring. He has significant experience in negotiating and drafting complex finance and security documentation, structuring collateral packages, and managing all aspects of transaction execution, from initial term sheet discussions to closing. Ekin regularly acts for both lenders and borrowers across a variety of sectors.
