Can is a senior associate in our Debt Finance practice. He advises commercial and investment banks, financial institutions, export credit agencies and borrowers on cross-border acquisition finance, banking finance, project finance, Islamic finance and debt restructuring transactions across various industries, with a particular focus on the infrastructure, construction and energy sectors.

Can has extensive experience in corporate and banking law matters, as well as in insolvency law matters.

Additionally, he focuses on debt capital markets transactions, having advised Turkish banks and corporates on their Eurobond issuances, as well as international arrangers on Eurobond and covered bond issuances of Turkish banks and corporates.
