Deniz is an associate in our Debt Finance practice. She focuses on banking finance and project finance, as well as debt restructuring transactions across various sectors, including power and renewable energy, transportation, construction and infrastructure, and financial institutions. Specifically, she is involved in drafting, reviewing and commenting on financing, project and security documents; perfecting security interests; collecting conditions precedent (CPs); and assisting with closing procedures.
