Derin is a counsel in our Capital Markets practice. He specializes in both equity and debt capital markets issuances, including Islamic products. Derin represents issuers and underwriters in public offerings and projects involving shares, covered warrants, public disclosures, derivative instruments, over-the-counter products, foreign securities and intermediary institutions.

Additionally, he regularly advises clients on regulatory issues and M&A transactions involving listed entities.

Derin speaks regularly at industry conferences and seminars relating to equity and debt capital markets as well as financing and M&A transactions of public companies. Derin also appears as a guest lecturer at universities and industry groups.

Derin holds an "Advanced Level Capital Markets License" and a "Corporate Governance Rating License" issued by the Association of Capital Markets Intermediary Institutions Association of Türkiye.

In recent years, Derin has been involved in most of the market-leading debt capital markets transactions and several prominent equity capital markets transactions.
