GKC Partners advises Goldman Sachs International on ELQ Investors’ accelerated bookbuild

Global law firm White & Case LLP and GKC Partners have advised Goldman Sachs International, as the sole global coordinator and sole bookrunner, on the placement of ELQ Investors VIII Ltd’s 5.63 percent stake in TAB Gıda Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. to institutional investors outside Türkiye, executed via an accelerated bookbuilding process.
TAB Gida operates a network of over 2,000 restaurants across Türkiye, including Burger King® and Subway®.
