Göktuğ is an associate in our Debt Finance practice. He focuses on domestic and cross-border acquisition finance, banking finance, project finance and debt restructuring transactions across various sectors, including sports, aviation, construction, transportation and infrastructure. Specifically, he is involved in drafting, reviewing and negotiating financing and project documents; drafting and perfecting security documents; drafting and amending corporate documents; assisting with closing procedures; and issuing legal opinions.
