Hakan specializes in providing comprehensive tax advisory services. His expertise includes advising on the tax aspects of transactions, forming various legal entities and holding structures, tax modeling, foreign investments, litigation, tax reporting and tax auditing. He also conducts tax due diligence for multinational corporations.

He provides tax advice on a range of deals, including mergers and acquisitions, IPOs, privatizations and PPP projects. Hakan works on tax litigation and dispute resolution with the tax authorities.

Hakan holds the title of Sworn Financial Advisor and has an Independent Auditor License.

Prior to joining the firm, he worked as an independent auditor and as a tax advisor at one of the "Big Four" firms.
