Kaan is a senior associate in our Debt Finance practice. He advises major commercial banks, investment banks, IFIs/DFIs and other financial institutions, as well as a variety of sponsors and borrowers, on multijurisdictional or domestic banking finance, project finance, acquisition finance, refinancing and financial restructuring transactions across various industries, with a particular focus on energy, infrastructure and real estate. He also advises local and foreign companies on a wide variety of banking and corporate law issues related to financing-related and other financial matters.

Additionally, Kaan has extensive experience in equity and debt capital markets transactions, representing both issuers and underwriters in equity offerings and bond issuances (including Regulation S and Rule 144A offerings). He has also provided regulatory advice to financial institutions, brokerage houses and corporates on a variety of topics, including public disclosures, regulatory compliance and capital markets instruments.
