Güniz is the managing partner of GKC Partners and the head of our Debt Finance practice. Her practice focuses on a variety of banking and structured finance transactions. She advises arrangers, lenders and multilateral financial institutions on complex financing operations and has developed particular skills in cross-border financings and securitizations. She also advises borrowers, including financial sponsors and their portfolio companies, on a wide range of financing transactions, including syndications and restructurings.

She advises and represents clients in deals spanning some of Türkiye's most important sectors, including energy, infrastructure, transportation & logistics, real estate and mining & metals.
