Umut is a senior associate in our Dispute Resolution practice. He focuses on commercial litigation. He has represented local and foreign corporations and conglomerates in a wide range of sectors including financial institutions, technology and social media platforms, food and beverage, retail, manufacturing, chemicals and energy.

Umut has particularly worked on white collar crimes, administrative disputes, shareholder disputes and disputes related to management and direction of corporations. He provides legal advice to national and international banks and financial institutions on enforcement law and dispute resolution related issues within the scope of high-scale financing and financial restructuring projects. He also represents clients and provides day-to-day legal advice on international arbitration, corporate and commercial law related matters as well as inheritance law, employment law and administrative law matters.
